Saturday, June day 10 - Evening - roof top - OPEN :D
Elisabeth had spent a lot of time mulling over the conversation she had with Raven - picking it apart, not that she was looking for something, she was just that way. Always analyzing. She was still looking forward to maybe training with Kwannon, and had "talked" to her many times about it. During, or after, (who really knows?) one of their nightly conversations, Betts thought she'd take a little trip to the roof top. After all, it was gorgeous outside, not too hot, not too cold, a slight breeze rustling the leaves in the trees.

She changed into a pair of shorts and a tank top, pushing her window open, catching and carrying herself as she slid out (not at all sneaking...), and up to the roof. Then, she smiled, baretoes wiggling as she landed softly, padding over to somewhere that was suitably for sitting. Leaning back, Betsy let out a quiet yawn, then hearing another set of footsteps on the roof. Turning her head slightly, she looked up, now absolutely sure there was no such thing as alone on this property, "Good evening..."

OH SNAPS I UPDATED! poorly, but whatever. the end.

(( ooc: and for your 'snaps', you get Pietro. That'll teach ya. =) ))

Pietro turned an obviously bored head towards the newest unconventional arrival. His sister had surprsingly given him a reprieve from her company. Not that he minded her company in the slightest, it's just that... well. Everything here was getting on his nerves.

"Evening," he said in reply, looking back over the side of the building and doing a couple quick calculations in his head. He might need a bit of a start off, but...
Giving the girl another disdainfully curious look, he asked in a sudden spot of inspiration, "Have you ever been to New York City?"

She screwed her face up at the beyond random question, looking up to the boy, "Uhm, yes? I have." Betsy lifted an eyebrow, "Why?" Gosh.

Pietro stared her down for a moment, shoulders loose despite the tight look to the features of his face. "I'm supposed to making idle chit chat with you people while we're staying here," he explained bluntly. "You're not exactly making it easy." He looked off to the distance. "Thus, I'm-" A pause. "I'm trying with you."

She laughed outloud, head falling back some as she covered her smirked mouth with a hand. "I'm your guenie pig, then?" Elisabeth was more than amused. This should be fun. "Idle chit chat, hmm? Have you been to the big city?"

The laughter was irksome. "Call yourself whatever you like, I'm just being firendly," he sighed, looking back out over the horizon. "And no, no I haven't. I'm from Transia."

"Friendly. Alright," another chuckle, "you should go sometime. It's fun." She suggested, leaning, and looking back up to the nights sky. "What, if I may ask, brought you out here? I doubt you were looking for my inparticular," at least she hoped not, because that would be sort of creepy?

"Of course I was looking for you in particular, why else would I go up to the roof of a school?" Pietro rolled his eyes and kept them back on track: the horizon. A smirk shifted his lips. "I'm thinking about jumping," he said in a nearly conspiratorial tone.

"To get away from people?" That's why she was up there, and it didn't work. "Jumping?" She glanced over at him, then toward the edge of the roof, and back, "Have at it," a shrug, "I'll be right here if you hit a few branches on your way down."

With a long stretch of his neck, several sharp pops ensued as well as a satisfied sigh. "No matter how hard you try, people? They're everywhere.," he shook his head, commenting idly.

Without so much as aword of warning or intent, Pietro did exactly as he had been pondering and with a good running start, flung himself from the rooftop... with a twist.

Several in fact as before he even hit the ground, a small whirlwind rose up from below. Pietro... was difficult to see, but in there, somewhere as the whirlwind wandered about the grounds. He had proved himself faster than gravity.

Was she supposed to be impressed? She wasn't sure, so she gave him a lazy clap and an exaggerated congrats, "Really, that was - that was amazing, absolutely amazing." She could really be an ass sometimes, couldn't she?
